She has competed in 4 bodybuilding competitions in the Bikini Division, with 2 overall wins. She has her BS in Kinesiology, PT Certification, Level 1 PN Certification, Training the Female Athlete Certification, & highly values continued education. She has coached 100s of individuals within the realms of 1on1 training as well as group fitness for over 6 years & has been coached herself by a few of the fitness industrys' top leaders for competition and lifestyle.
